My name is Owen Hale and I’m a landscape designer based in Portland. For me, every garden needs a few seasons for plants to take root, grow, and begin to amaze. A garden is a process.
Since 2016, designing green spaces has been both my passion and my profession. I work with private homeowners, developers, and community groups who want outdoor rooms that feel inevitable — as if they had always belonged to the land.
Clients include regional municipalities, residential developers, and families seeking quiet, lasting gardens.
